Client Relationship Manager

Your Role

Flixmedia Client Relationship Managers (CRM’s) are the best in the business and are key members of the Client relations team. The role is a fantastic opportunity to work with huge household brand names, become a key player for large scale international marketing campaigns and also to sit in the front row for big data conversations and cutting-edge innovations. 

As a CRM, you will: 

• Forge key strategic relationships in order to retain and grow our largest brand clients 
• Expand Flixmedia’s connections within assigned brands, reaching out to all budget holders and ensuring Flixmedia is top of mind for all online initiatives  
• Engage and be curious, driving conversations to uncover business challenges and/or pain points where Flixmedia can demonstrate the value of our services 
• Drive significant revenue growth across your portfolio of clients through creating, identifying and converting sales opportunities 
• Engage with clients on a day-today basis to surprise and delight; keep the client up to date on the progress with their campaign and leading performance reviews and optimisations 
• Prepare and lead high-level face-to-face meetings between clients and Flixmedia Executives 
• Manage key internal relationships to effectively drive the priorities of your client 

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of new business opportunities, primarily based upon customer feedback to proactively build business cases to address specific client challenges 
• Managing all opportunities from start to finish through Salesforce in order to create a professional funnel management process   
• Producing and capturing client meeting notes and summarising any additional actions required, including follow-up calls within Salesforce 
• Acknowledging clients promptly and communicating with them to the highest standard 
• Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client services 

Skills

• Demonstrable sales experience in building demand, generating opportunities, negotiating and closing to meet individual sales targets  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a wide range of contacts both internally and externally 
• Experience of working with a range of clients, simultaneously and seamlessly 
• A big interest in technical marketing – experience would be nice to have 
• Strong commercial and decision-making skills 
• Confident sales presenter, with the ability to take the lead and run top level meetings 
• Comfortable approaching people 
• Strong client service ethic 
• Fluent in written and oral English; additional languages are a big advantage  
• Proactive and highly self-motivated 
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality 
• Understanding of different business practices across various cultures 
• Organised and detail orientated 
• A self-starter, able to hit the ground running 
• Keen eye for spotting opportunities 
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines 
• Work autonomously whilst still being a team player 
• Take a “Client First” approach 
• Understand data and its value  

Experience

• 4-5 years' experience of exceeding individual sales targets within a CRM or Business Development role 
• Proven success in managing client relationships 
• Great understanding of and a passion for the digital marketing space 
• Educated to degree level or similar
